I'm Dr Maretha Rossouw. In 2024 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I went through treatment as both a doctor and a patient, and I saw the gap up close: the clinical care was excellent, but the day-to-day guidance — food, movement, mental health, supplements — was almost nowhere to be found.
